Additional Pricing
- Additional persons over 6 ~ $10 each person
- Additional travel for locations over 30 miles (60 mi. round-trip)~ $5 for every additional 10 miles
- Digital swapping of heads, removal of person or background ~ $25 per photo
- Additional image retouching ~ $10 per photo​

PRINT PROCESSING
All photos will be posted online within 1-2 weeks. Print or DVD orders must be made within 4 weeks of their posting. No exceptions.
Upon upload, a private web address with your final edited portraits will be emailed to you. Order exactly the product, size, finish and quantity you want online! Shipping charges apply.

Book your next session before the 1 year anniversary of your last session and get $25 off your session fee! (Sorry, not available in conjunction with other offers)

MISC
Prices subject to change without notice. Some photos may be enhanced artistically at the photographer’s discretion. Original proofs of enhanced photos will also be provided. Requests for further editing, retouching or enhancements to proofs will require an additional fee.

LEGAL
Once fees are paid they are non-refundable. Failure to make timely final payment will result in cancellation. Although very rare, damage or loss of photos is a remote possibility. Pat James Photography cannot be held responsible for equipment failure or lost/corrupt digital files. We assume no liability other than a refund.
